MARIO LECCESE

Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation

Questrom School of Business, Boston University

My research lies at the intersection of industrial organization and the economics of innovation. I study how established incumbents, innovative entrants, and financial intermediaries interact through minority investments and acquisitions, and how these interactions shape both competition and innovation. A central focus of my work is the role of antitrust and other public policies in shaping these dynamics.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
