MARIO LECCESE
Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation
Questrom School of Business, Boston University
My research lies at the intersection of industrial organization, corporate strategy, and innovation. I examine how mergers, acquisitions, and minority investments by incumbents and financial intermediaries shape market structure, innovation incentives, and entrepreneurial dynamics. A central focus of my work is understanding how antitrust and related public policies affect these forces, with particular attention to digital and technology-driven markets.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
